Used Uniloy reciprocating screw 2-head Blow Molder. Model R2000-100-2, Serial #N01A0100072, new 2005. Dual heads are on 24" centers with approximately 2" OD tooling installed. Has 54" X 21" overall platen size and 20" vert. X 46.5" horiz between tie bars, clear platen. Minimum/maximum shut height 12"/24", 90 ton clamp tonnage. Includes 100mm extruder, 24/1 L/D driven by a 125 HP motor, supplying 2000 gram (71 ounce) shot size. Includes Siemens 50S touch screen and 30 HP hydraulic pumping system for clamp/head operation and 10 HP hydraulic for extruder carriage movement.

Used Hartig dual head Blow Molder each with 6 pound capacity. Model #SMP-30 206-3624S40, order number R-5959. New 1990. Has Maco 8000 programmable controller. Unit has a 3" 24/1 air cooled extruder with a Lufkin DH200D-511 gearbox having a reduction ratio of 13.93/1 and a service rating of 173 HP. Gearbox is direct driven a 75 HP GE DC motor with Saftronics SCR. Has 24" X 36" clear platen area, overall platen 24" X 44", with 35 ton clamp. Dual heads with approx 19.5"" center line distance. 15 HP hydraulic package with accumulator. Previously used on HDPE. Last in operation 5/03.

Includes pneumatic auxiliary circuits, Hamilton hopper loader and color feeder.
