This vertical packaging machine can form a wide range of PP bag types and package various types of powders and bulk materials (like laundry detergents and other kindred materials). Machine produce bags from thermally or pulse sealled packaging material with simultaneous filling of the product and closing of the PP bag. Machine is equipped with the control system with pre-installed programs, foil centering system, remote administration option and other functions. Dosing ranges from 3 to 12 kg, capcity up to 80 bags per minute. Process description: First step; powder is filled into a vibration bunker, from which powder is fed to the dispenser using a feed conveyor. Second step; in dispenser, powder is poured into cups thus setting a packaging dose (size of the dose can be adjusted). Third step; at the same time, on a vertical TOBOGAN BHV 350 machine, a continuous sleeve is formed from the film roll, separated into the packages and each package is filled with the powder. Fourth step; after being filled bag are sealed and cut off. Fifth step; filled and sealed bags are fed through the conveyor to the turntable.
