Spray drying parts from Anhydro spray drying plant with capacity approximately 1,100 kg/hour of milk powder. The majority of these parts have been refurbished as listed below. All contact parts are in stainless steel Aisi 304. Plant was made in 2001 and used in dairy operation until 2008.
Refurbished Equipment Includes:
- Anhydro cooling fluid bed with CIP nozzles.
- VÅV Sieve.
- Anhydro discharge channel with CIP nozzles.
- Anhydro dehumidification unit for the cooling fluid bed.

Incomming flow to vacuum evaporator 8000 kg/h of milk at 20 deg.C @ concentration 28% DS and 21% sugar, outgoing flow 3745 kg/h at 50 deg.C @ concentration 73% DS and 45% sugar, then product goes to double vacuum cooling & mixing unit Consumption for whole system: steam 9 bar 2644 kg/h, cooling water at 20 DegC 73.5 cubic m/hour, power 380V 26 kW.
