Cyclone / Froth Flotation Coal Wash Plant Including Crush Plant

Used cyclone / froth flotation coal wash plant. Includes a crush plant so that feed into plant is approximately 100mm down.
Process description as follows:
- Allis Chalmers screen splits the feed at 22mm.
- Feed greater than 22mm goes to a 10' diameter Wemco drum twin bath (magnetite dense medium) producing clean coal/middlings/discard.
- Clean coal is washed and sized over an Allis double deck screen, producing large and small nut product.
- Oversize from this screen goes through a BJD crusher and is then reprocessed.
- The middlings and discard is washed over a Hewitt Robbin screen.
- Feed smaller than 22mm is run over a deslime screen, removing the -1mm portion which is treated through a pair of ceramic cyclones, fed down through a bankd of 5 spirals to split the clean coal from fines discard.
- The clean coal fines are thickened through a ceramic cyclone before being further dewatered through a Bird centrifue.
- The 1-22mm is fed into a tube, dense medium tank before being fed through (2) 660mm diameter cyclones.
- CLean coal is run over a double deck drain and rinse screen to recover magnetite and splits -6mm product off.
- The 6-22mm is run over another Allis screen to make a beans and grains product.
- The effluent from classifying cyclones feeds the froth plant, where the clean coal fines are recovered at up to 25 tph, feed dependent, and dried on the vacuum belt.
- Tailings are sent to a thickener and pressed on a multi roll filter press.
NB: Screen mesh sizes can be changed to make different sized products.
Capacity:
- Wemco drum is rated 80 TPH and washing cyclones at 160 TPH. Achievable when coal feed is suitable size for this plant.
- Deslime / spirals 30 TPH
- Froth plant 25 TPH
