Used ceramic tiles production technological line made by Italian company S.I.T.I. in 2006. This line can perform full production cycle, from the procurement of raw materials to product packaging.
Production capacity for different tile types:- wall tiles 80-90,000 m2/month; facade tiles 50-60,000 m2/month; floor tiles 45-50,000 m2/month.
The main equipment sections are as follows:
- Natural gas fed SITI F1-NH 2 channel roller kiln. Built in 2 levels to do double firing. Length is 35m, with production capacity approximately 1 million m2 / year.
- Press plant including SITI Magnum ES 1205 press with maximum pressure of 1,200 tons, that can press a tile with maximum dimensions of approximately 30cm x 30cm and (3) at a time. Current owner produced a maximum size of 20cm x 25cm which allowed (5) at a time.

Used complete 1 ton/hour wood pellet plant consisting of the following:
Mixing feed bin with Gaylord dumper:
5' X 6' X 4' stainless steel bin with 6" diameter discharge bottom feed screw and (3) internal rotating paddle bar delumper. Both feed screw and delumper have their own VFD drives connected to the operator terminal. There is also a new hydraulic ram control for the Gaylord dumper maechanism having operated less than 50 times.
Pellet feeder conveying line:
From the dumper bin, there is an 18' long conveyor which takes mash product to the top of the pellet mill with (3) separate magnet traps. The conveyor feeds to small 2' X 2' surge bin mounted to an airlock at its base.
Conditioner and pellet mill:
The 18 X 54 SD Sprout conditioner sit on top of the 501-HL Sprout pellet mill which has door force feeder. The mill isin excellent condition with all the bearings/seals recently replaced and a new 125 HP, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 460 volt, 150 amps main motor. Spare parts, such as extras sets of rolls and dies.
Hot pellet bucket elevator:
The hot pellet elevator is 16" X 20" X 22' tall.
Cooler:
Sprout model 9-275 vertical cooler couple with a 42" fan and 30 HP motor.
Screener:
No make on the screener tumbler type. Has secondary air draw from the cooler fan to eliminate dust.
Pellet silor for finish product:
8' X 8' X 20' galvanized pellet silo for finished product.
