Used KPS (Czech Republic) mixing technology with (2) stainless steel reactor/process vessels, total capacity 1500 and 120 litre carbon steel. Whole technology is installed in carbon steel frame. Includes control panel. 1. Vessel - 1500 litre - has bolted flat top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rated 1 bar maximum pressure at 80°C maximum internal temperature. Jacket rated 3 bar maximum pressure at 143°C maximum temperature. Unit has anchor type of agitator driven via gearbox by EL motor 18,5 kW. Agitator has adjustable 0-320 rpm. Has central bottom discharge. 2. Vessel - 120 litre - has bolted dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rated 4 bar maximum pressure at 200°C maximum internal temperature. Jacket rated 4 bar maximum pressure at 200°C maximum temperature. Has 3-blade type of agitator driven via gearbox by EL motor 0,75 kW, 220/380 V, 915 rpm, 50 HZ.Location : CZECH REPUBLIC
