Used formaldehyde production site consisting of the following plants: - Formaldehyde production plant (F1) made in 1969 with capacity of 35,000 tonnes/year of 37% formaldehyde. Uses silver process technology by Spechim (France). - Formaldehyde production plant (F3) made in 1975 with capacity of 62,240 tonnes/year of 37% formaldehyde. Uses silver process technology by Spechim (France). - Phenol formaldehyde resins plant with capacity 20,000 tonne/year (used in insulation) made in 1985 but with some upgrading in 2009. Batch production using (4) reactors with capacity of 20m3, 20m3, 12m3 and 1m3. Technological upgrading of RK-9 in 2009. - Plant made in 1965 for batch production of urea formaldehyde, melamin urea formaldehyde and melamin formaldehyde. Production capacity approximately 155,000 tonnes/year of UF/MUF/MF. Uses (4) reactors with capacity 20m3, (1) reactor with 20m3 capacity and (1) reactor with capacity 5m3. Some technological upgrading in 2011 (RK-1 and RK-6).Location : Europe
