Used Farrel Model 2FCM continuous mixer with 3.5" dump extruder. Continuous mixer is equipped with a 30 hp DC motor with SCR control, includes hydraulic system for lubrication, operator control panel, and #7 rotor design. Has water cooled chamber with electric heat. New 3/1989. Downstream includes 3.5" Stuart Bolling hot feed extruder, with 7/1 L/D. Driven by 20 hp DC motor, has 6" x 8" offset feed throat for taking discharge from the Number 2 Farrel mixer. Includes strand die, has 14.58/1 gear ratio at 1750 rpm input. Includes rotary union to the screw, electrically heated air cooled barrel, swing gate head and manual orifice adjustment.Location : Northeast USA
