Used Farrel model 12UM continuous mixer plant consisting of the following items: - Farrel model 12UM continuous mixer, new 1998. Has #7 style rotors with AISI 4340 HT chrome plating. Rotors equipped with rotary unions, mixer driven by 1250 hp DC motor, 850/1200 rpm with 4.25/1 gear reduction. - Farrel single screw dump extruder with hydraulic ram, Lufkin gear reducer, and oversize feed throat. - Farrel underwater pelletizer with Gala spin dryer, agglomerate catcher, and Gala water tempering system. - Rotex classifier screen - Controls, drives, MCC's, switchgear and some spare parts. - Includes (4) vacuum receivers - Regal hot oil system with stainless steel plasticizer tanks (3) - (6) Shaw 2-ton hoists for bulk bag handling and (6) bag dump stations with dust filters.Location : Southeast USA
