Used Esteryfil (Spain) model BM211 stainless steel candle "kieselgur" filter. Has (211) vertical stainless steel candles diameter 14 mm giving filtration netto capacity 35 square meters, with kieselgur layer the filtration capacity is extended to 65 sqm. Has stainless steel (Aisi 304) vertical bolted top head and conical welded bottom head with clack valve diameter approx. 300 mm for cake discharge rated max. 4 bar pressure. On the top of the vessel there is mounted vibration motor for easy cake discharge. Includes stainless steel tank, pump, blower and control panel. All mounted on stainless steel frame. Filtration capacity 4000 to 8000 litres/hour depending on type of product and fineness of filtration.Location : South Europe
