Used Olsa model Macef 150 PH/R 316L stainless steel vacuum mixer homogenizer. Has 190 liter (50 US gallon) total capacity with maximum 150 litre (40 US gallon) and minimum 30 litre (8 US gallon) loading capacity. Shell rated 36.25 psi/full vacuum maximum working pressure at 32-282°F. Jacket rated 65.26 psi @ 32-312.8°F. Has slow speed external anchor agitator driven by 2.2 kW (3 HP) 460 volt 3/60 motor. Has internal contra rotating mixing blades driven by 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) 460 volt 3/60 motor. Has bottom entry homogenizer driven by 7.5 kW (10 HP) 460 volt 3/60 motor. Mounted on base with lifting cover, tilting vessel, vacuum pump and circulation pump. Built 2001.
