Used 53MW combined cycle cogeneration power plant consisting of the following: (1) off used GE (Nuovo Pignone) model FRMS 6001 (B) 6541 gas turbine. Power rating ISO 39MW with efficiency rating 31.9%. Natural gas / distillate oil fuel configuration but only used on natural gas since new. Unit includes steam injection. Unit includes electric motor + torque converter for start-up. Unit is mounted in acoustic booth and skid mounted. (1) off used Flender-Graffenstaden main gearbox type TRL 65 CV. Unit rated 5113.6 rpm input with 3,000 rpm output. (1) off used GEC Alsthom turbine generator. Power output rated 46,000 kVA, 3,000 rpm, 50 hertz. Power factor 0.85, 39,100 kW, 2414 amps, 11,000 volt, insulation class F. Cooling system CACW. (1) off used auxiliary boiler rated 60 ton/hour with economiser and auxiliary combustion system. (1) off used Ansaldo steam turbine model CDI 635 R, power rating 18,700kW. HP inlet pressure at 68.5 bar at 498 deg.C with flow of 64.5 T/R in winter, 11a=MP-11A extraction pressure rated 14.5 bar at 315 deg.C. LP inlet pressure operated between 6 bar to 6.4 bar at 280 deg.C. With flow of 13.5 T/H. (1) off used Ansaldo steam turbine generator, power output 23,000kVA, 11,000 volt. Cooling system CACW. (1) off used reverse osmosis water treatment plant with double resin DEMI line with final mixed bed. (2) off used reciprocating gas compressors rated 11-19.5 bar pressure. (2) off used Ingersoll Rand model SSR M55/75 air compressors. (1) off used ingersollrand model SSR M22 air compressor. (4) off used transformers. Electrical equipment includes: GEC Alstrom AKG 400 L18 motor control centre, ABB generator control panel and ABB synchronising. Balance of plant includes: turbine control system Mark V, air intake/filtration system, exhaust silencer, oil cooler, fire & gas system with detectors.
