Used Bachiller model EMB300 hastelloy C-276 vacuum pan dryer/evaporator. Approximately 3.320 litre total capacity and approximately 3,000 litre working capacity. Internal contact parts in C-276 hastelloy. Pan measures approximately 1,400mm diameter X 1,795mm straight side. Has welded dished top and welded flat bottom heads. Internal rated 1 bar / full vacuum design pressure at 150°C. External stainless steel half pipe coil jacket, approximately 120 litre capacity rated 6 bar design pressure at 150°C. Bottom section stainless steel jacket, approximately 15 litre capacity rated 6 bar design pressure at 150°C. Has bottom entry 3-blade curve agitator direct driven by approximatey 45 kW motor through gear-reducer. Unit is mounted on mild steel base.Location : N/A
