Unused 79.2" diameter rotary drum dryer system. Brand new (installed, not run yet) (2) drums: Dryer drum (1) 6.6' diameter X 59' long; Dryer drum (2) 6.6' diameter X 56' long, heavy carbon steel duty drum construction (2 piece shell), internal lifters, (2) riding rings, thrust roller, feed chute. Rotary drive (motors 6) 30 HP main drive (3/60/575V-), discharge seal and shroud feed chute, dust collection system mounted on (I-beam) support frame, complete electrical control system, 2-fan exhaust, intake hopper system, conveyor belts, 2-combustion chamber, burner system (natural gas or oil) design temperature 175,000 to 3,500,000 btu's. Burner can run up to 1900°F. Diameter of dryer is 6.5' X 59' and 6.5' X 52.5'. No manual. Fully automatic. Drums are made of steel, not lined. Combustion chamber is brick lined with fire walls to prevent direct flame from entering the drum. Burner can run up to 1900°F. The tube is COMPUTABLE to that high temperature. Used for drying wet brewers grain. For wet brewers grain its capacity is 78% to 10% moisture. Feed capacity is 10 tons per hour and approximately (3) tons out. Diameter of dryer is 6.5' X 59' and 6.5' X 52.5'. No manual. Fully automatic. Drums are made of steel, not lined. Combustion chamber is brick lined with fire walls to prevent direct flame from entering the drum. For brewers grain we will run at 350°F, max 3,500,000 Million btu's per burner the drum system was installed, dry test run, then shut down due to permitting issues.Location : Canada
