Apple juice concentrate production line, 15 mt/h raw material (apples & pears). Consists of the following main sections: 1. RECEPTION ,WASHING AND PREPARATION: - rotating fruit dosing appliance (~1.1 kW) - flush water pump - return flush water pump - rotating sieve for flush water cleaning - water separator (15 mt/h) - hammer crusher (15 mt/h, 22 kW) - buffer tank (850 litres) - transfer pump - additive dosing system, tank and pump (1000 litres) - belt press (10 mt/h) - belt press (6 mt/h) - pomace screw conveyor, 2 pieces (1.1 kw) - mash pump - pomace screw conveyor to collect the pomace to the collection point (2.2 kw) - condensate distribution pump - rotating sieve for juice (15000 l/h) - slurry pump with hopper - juice transfer pump (15000 l/h) - plant electric control panel Most of the equipment from this section of the line is provided and manufactured by Bellmer GmbH, Germany. 2. JUICE HANDLING AND FILTRATION: - ultrafiltration plant (UFP 0512P26), 12000 l/h juice filtration - mobile juice handling pump The equipment above is manufactured by Unipektin AG, Switzerland, today Bucher Unipektin AG. 3. EVAPORATION: - evaporator, 3 effects (6000 l/h water evaporation) - product and vapour condensate pump - pre-heating, pasteurisation - combined control panel - aroma recovery (pumps, liquid elevator, fruit dosing, essence separator) The main equipment is manufactured by Unipektin AG, Switzerland. 4.
