Little used automated fiberglass chopping line by Miroslavskй strojнrny, s.r.o. (Czech Republic), The line is designed to cut, dry and pack fiberglass. The line is composed of the following sections: a) Fiberglass-preparation section (fiberglass in the form of rolls (1) is driven to the feeders (2, 3) through the sprayer (4) where fiberglass is moistured and is driven to the chopping section (5)). b) Fiberglass-chopping section (is designed to cut fiberglass, the length of the cuts can be adjusted). c) Transportation of the chopped fiberglass (is transported by conveyors (6) and (8) in the end of the conveyor (6) is pneumatic distributor (7) that distributes chopped fiberglass in the dryer (10)). d) Drying of the chopped fiberglass (electrical drying process is performed on 6 conveyor lines, power 104kw, drying temperature is 120*C can be regulated, dryer is equipped with separate controls). e) Packaging and marking (after the dryer material is delivered to the gutter (8) that is dosing gutter (9) and into the big-bag, after big-bag is filled it is being labeled).
