New Huning model LW 530 NY horizontal decanter centrifuge intended for sludge dehydration. Capacity 10-30 m3/hr. Feeding concentraton 4-6% DS. Maximum speed 3000rpm, highest separation factor 2650G. Bowl diameter 530mm, bowl length 2270mm. Materials of construction: Bowl: duplex stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, sludge pushing parts of propellers coated with tungsten carbide. Centrifuge base: carbon steel to be applied with anticorrosive primer paint and finishing paint and covered with 321 stainless steel outside. Centrifuge cover: 316 stainless steel. Centrifuge is a totally enclosed structure. Suitable for 24hr continuous operation or for intermittent operation. Main motor will be a 55kW squirrel cage motor, IP55, 380V, 3ph, 60Hz. Also includes Hydraulic Gearbox comprising of Hydraulic Pump VFD 11-11.5 Z/HP driven by 11.5kW motor, Rotodiff 2071 D-L/F, Electric control panel for centrifuge LW530 NY with drive 45/11kW, Siemens S7 touchpanel TP 1200 and Oil lubrication for cooling.Location : EUROPE
