Used milling system with stainless steel pin mill by Netzsch-Condux model CUM 300/ST GL WK. Mill has stainless steel body and stainless steel milling plates. Body plate has diameter 345 mm and is belt driven by el motor 22 kW, 2935 rpm. 400/690 V, 50 hz. Working plate rotation up to 8200 rpm. Mill has two door plates, what gives two options for work - with a static plate and with rotating plate. Currently machine is ready for work on rotating plate. Rotating plate has diameter 375 mm and is belt driven by el motor 15 kW, 2920 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 hz. Working plate rotation up to 6400 rpm. Stator plate has diameter 360 mm and is not equipped with pins. Milling doors are closed on four bolts. Machine is mounted on supporting pedestal. Bottom pneumatic discharge. Product is feeded via Gericke dosing screw GDU 301, driven by el. motor 0.55 kW. Working rotation of screw up to 174 rpm. Product goes through Rapid Compact 100 - metal detector. System includes also - electric control cabinet, blower, bag filter, stainless steel rotary valve, product feeding tanks, stainless steel pipes, carbon steel air pipes and supporting legs.
