Stainless Steel Pre-Crusher

Used stainless steel pre-crusher with siefter. One shaft belt driven by electric motor 7.5 kW, 380 V, 15.3 a, 1455 rpm. Motor side pulley has diameter 80 mm and crusher side pulley has diameter 400 mm what gives working rotation speed of shaft 291 rpm. Section for pre-crushing has length 530 mm. In this section shaft has 3 way welded blades. At the front of the wall of crushing chamber there is a mounted row of static blades. Section for sieving has length 255 mm. In this section there are plough type blades mounted on the main shaft. Crushing chamber has dimensions: 530 mm length x 200 mm width x 200 mm depth. Feeding inlet has dimensions 535 mm x 210 mm. Machine is mounted on stainless steel frame. Two sets of screens with frames included with machine. No technical documentation included.Location : Perry Poland Warehouse
