Reconditioned Westfalia model CSA 1-06-475 polished stainless steel clarifier with self cleaning bowl in steam sterilizable design. Bactofuge application with intermittent solids discharge. First generation model with basic design clarifier bowl and paring device for light phase. Gas tight up to 300mm WC and has sanitary covers including sedement cover. Direct driven by 1.5 kW 380 volt 3/50 type B3 motor with coupling. Maximum bowl speed 10,000 rpm with total bowl volume 0.6 litre and sediment holding space 0.25 litre. Includes service rebuilt original Westfalia control panel including motor starter and valve control for desludging with pre-selection of ejection intervals. Also includes sludge collecting vessel and Westfalia standard piping with valves. Also includes set of special tools. Steam sterilizable for manual sterilize in place facility rated 1.5 bar pressure at 127°C. Also suitable for clean in place. Mounted on stainless steel lined frame. Capacity approximately 500 L/H depending on product. Will be reconditioned with 7 month mechanical warranty. Delivery 10-12 weeks from date of order.Location : EU
