Used Outotec Larox Type RT 316 stainless steel and polypropylene vacuum belt filter. Filter surface 21.5m2, filter width 1.92m, filter length 11.2m, driven by 1.5 kW 220-240/380-420 volt 1400rpm 3/50 motor. Includes knife discharge. Also includes 5 x stainless steel receiver vessels, 1 x mixing vessel and 6 x Peristaltic pumps. Unit was originally designed to use approximately 4,000 kg/hr of 50 deg.c. water as cake wash liquid and production capacity rated approximately 800kg(D.S.)/hr solids capacity, approximately 6,667 kg/hr slurry capacity and cake wash flow of approximately 4,000 kg/hr.Location : UK
