Second hand line filler by Vosko sp. z o.o. (PL). Machine has 4 nozzles simultaneously driven by electric. motor through the belt gearbox and screw. Each piston has internal diameter 60 mm x 100 mm , what gives approx. volume of each piston about 280 cm3. Machine has belt conveyer with width 100 mm x working length 1760 mm. Belt is designed in pp and has working speed adjustable via frequency converter. Machine has local control panel. Dose is adjustable for all four pistons via sensor which sets the upper and lower level of the piston stroke. Filler is equipped with mechanical capper. Capper is driven by el. motor 1.1 kW, 920 rpm, 230-400V, 50 hz and is equipped with belt conveyer with pp belt with width 100 mm x length 2070 mm. Belt has adjustable speed of work. Capper has missing die. Both machines are designed in stainless steel. Shipping dimensions: filler - L 240 cm x W 85 cm x H 170 cm , capper L 210 cm x W 90 cm x H 170 cm. Estimated weight about 1000 kg. Both machines new 2006.

Line consists of: - automatic filling and gassing machine with a magnetic sorter and valve feeding to containers in the propane-butane and carbon dioxide dosing zone type Mikromat M, - automatic aerosol valve feeder for containers type R1300M equipped with a sorter, - automatic cap feeder for containers type R1400M equipped with a sorter, - cap elevator type EN-TYP, - stainless steel plate conveyor with a length of 8 m, connecting the line elements, - automatic double-head labeling machine for labeling round and flat containers, mounted on an 8 m length stainless steel plate conveyor. The line was manufactured in 2018 and included full technical documentation in Polish.
