Rated for up to 5-7 gpm (1000-1500 liter/hour) ANCO 305 Blood Coagulation and Dewatering System - Design capacity: 1000-1500 liter/hour of fresh whole blood - Heavy duty stainless steel construction - Designed to allow for solids (i.e. chicken heads) - Vertical design (for minimum space requirements) - Process piping connection - Low HP design (2.5 HP) - Reduces moisture of properly coagulated blood to 65-70% - Includes stainless steel vapor connection for reduced plant emissions ANCO Blood System PLC and Valve Package - Low voltage panel with PLC and HMI to allow the system to run in "auto" mode - Temperature control system and thermocouples - Steam pilot pressure regulator valve - ANCO steam feed manual valve package and miscellaneous gauges and indicators ANCO 228 Blood Pump - Positive displacement blood metering pump - Chrome plated alloy steel rotor - 3" inlet, 2-1/2" outlet - Capacity: 2 gallon; 25 gallon maximum - 2 HP (VFD by client) TEFC drive - Blood pump with base. General drawing package to include one or more of the following drawings: * Electrical Layout, Power Wiring, Control Panel and Control Wiring. * Elevations, Roof and Wall Openings. * Process Flow Analysis for ANCO supplied equipment only. * Sections & Details as required. * Foundation layouts; suggested placement of ANCO supplied equipment.
