Used high speed mixer/granulator made by T.K. Fielder type Pharma mix PMA 400-2G. Stainless steel design. Mixer has 400 l total and about 320 l working volume of mixing/granulating chamber. Average batch weight up to 180 kg. Mixer is equipped with two agitators: - impeller, working with two rotation speeds - 98 and 136 rpm. Bottom driven by gearbox and 22/30 kW motor. - granulator, working with two rotation speeds 1500 and 3000 rpm, driven directly by 5.5/7.5 kW motor. Mixer is equipped with control panel, stainless steel structural framework and spare gearbox.
