Unused & uninstalled Ambitermo approximately 20,000kg/hour heat recovery steam boiler. Unit designed for: 73,440kg/hour of exhaust gas flow at 100% MCR Exhaust gas temperature at inlet 504 deg.c. Exhaust gas temperature outlet (after 2nd economizer) 143 deg.c (unfired) & 120 deg. (fired) Steam pressure rated 10 bar. Inlet water temperature before economizer 105 deg.c. Inlet water temperature after economizer 175 deg.c. Design pressure rated 10 bar. Boiler heat exchange surface area 1,430sqmt. Nominal boiler steam production is 12ton/hour (unfired) and 20ton/hour (fired). Steam consumption in de-aerator 0.75ton/hour (unfired) & 1.5ton/hour (fired). Burner required power for 20ton/hour (100%MCR) is 5.2mw. Equipment included as follows: (1) Single pass exhaust gas boiler, smoke tume type. Cylindrical horizontal body with welded tube bundle to the front and rear ends. Boiler is mounted monobloc on a profile frame. (1) Eclipse post-combustion duct burner, rated 5.5mw for 20ton/hour steam with 75% MCR output. Modulation 1:8 (1) Primary economizer (1) Secondary economizer (2) Feed water pumps Various valves and instrumentation (1) Metering system (1) Exhaust gas duct and by-pass system.
