Used Pharmix model HHR 2000 stainless steel (AISI 304) double cone blender. Has 2000 litre total capacity and approx. 1000 litre working capacity. Cone has 1640 mm diameter x 2262 mm cones height. Inlet is DN400 with hinged lid, outlet equipped by manual valve DN250. Double cone is driven through Nord gearbox by 3 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz, 3 Ph el. motor. Rotations of mixing vessel is 2 - 4,5 rpm. Mixing vessel has a N2 inertizing of internal space. Mounted on carbon steel frame with steps and platform. Support construction of the double cone is mounted od load cell weighing scale. Overall dimensions are 4671 mm (length) x 4728 mm (width) x 4624 mm (height), weight approx. 5800 kg. Included electrical switchboard with integrated control panel. New 2015.Location : Central Europe
