Unused and never installed membrane electrolysis chlorine and caustic soda plant. Estimated annual capacity is 181,200 tons of caustic soda per year. The equipment is stored in crates. Equipment was supplied in 1989 by Mitsubishi Corporation. Technological design of the project is by Chioda Corporation. The stage of caustic soda solution evaporation has been made by Ebara. The electrolyser was produced by ASAHI glass model AZF. The plant uses membrane monopolar technology. There are passports for every unit.
