This mixing skid comprises of: 1 off used Webster approximately 140 litre stainless steel process vessel. Unit is rated 1.1 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 152 deg.c. internally. External stainless steel jacket rated 3.3 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 147 deg.c. Unit has clamped top and welded dished bottom heads. Has top entry wall scrapper (No scrapper blades currently fitted) stainless steel agitator driven by 0.28 to 1.4kw motor / gearbox. Has (2) stainless steel baffles. Unit includes bottom entry homogeniser with 1 to 1.4 kw motor. Includes manual hydraulic lifter for raise and lower of top head. 1 off used Webster approxiamtely 75 litre stainless steel jacketed mixing vessel. Rated Atmospheric at 147 deg.c. internally. External jacket rated 3.3 bar at 147 deg.c. Unit has flat top with lid and welded dished bottom. Has bottom entry stainless steel agitator.
